Za Rodinu comrades!
My name is Kapitan Shodanjosky, and I will present to you my latest works of the new Yak-1B paintschemes. Our glorious engineers and workers has delivered this plane to us to help us defend mother Russia.
Let us begin by this:

As you can see, comrades, there are nine paint schemes that I have proposed to the high command. The green black ones with different camo styles are the first that I hope they'll accept. They requested that I use only AMT-6 for the black paint while for the green, well... Our mighty VVS only provided me with a bright green paint that hurts my eyes while painting them... Although they insist it is the AMT-4 color that's a standard for our fighters.

So I have to make do with what I got. But then they also want me to make a winter scheme based on the green camo so as you can see again here:

Next, they also requested a combination of AMT 11-12-7 when we will be ready to strike back to those murderous fascist back to their own country! No problem, I say, so here's the result:

Now I have to confess that with the comissar on my back, watching every drop of paint I use, the results were very - shall I say - creative? No? Anyway, when he finally has to go to our toilet, I got a lot more creative and "spilled" every colors combinations that I think will look good on the plane so here they are:

And my own favourite:

With this plane, I even got some time to fly it and instructed my wingman to take some detail in flight pictures.
Here are his pictures of my plane in flight, I dont know why but he seems to be fond of only taking pictures of the underside of my plane....

That young rookie leutenant, what was his name again? Kod?... Koz?... Koj?... Anyway his name ended with a "dub" so if one of you happen to know meet him someday, tell him to learn to take better pictures. Such as myself in the cocpit for example.
Very well, that concludes our session for now.
Oh, you can also get the schemes for yourself here: www.1java.org (http://www.1java.org)
