Did you record this video while playing?

That would be a VERY bad idea.

Make a Quick recording, play back the track and do the recording of the video then.

I can see a little stutter, but that might well be caused by recording video while playing.

During video recording there are huge amounts of data being processed and written to disk. If your system has to run the game at the same time I would expect it to get overwhelmed at times. result: stutters.
Playing back a track is much less demanding.

it dose this off line and on line where i am recording or no it never stops its messing with the shot when i shot at other plane like im not even hitting any one .
now i have a gatway 1680 x1050 wide screen i can change back to my old 19" and that seen to fix the lagg part. but i have this new wide screen and i want the lagg to stop on that .

It's possible your frame rates are too low. When playing press Shift+Tab to bring up the console, then type exactly as I have here:

fps START SHOW

Then hit enter and then Shift+Tab again to close the console. Now you should have the frame rate meter at the top of the screen. fly for a little while and see what kind of frames you are getting.
