I am trying to see what the issue is with the server for you, so please bear with me on this.

The problem is that when I try to play Might and Magic Heroes Kingdoms online, I get a page that says Maintenance. I don't want to contact Tech Support because I don't want to flood them when they already know the servers are down. I just want to get information here.

Ya, I didn't see anything on the 'news' section yesterday, but i wasn't paying a lot of attention. So this could possibly be intended maintenance? either way, I'm with Grudge, just wondering if there was an ETA for it's completion, even if it's 'unknown' it would be something.

I have the same problem, i can't login.
I get only the "maintenance-site" too.
And i wouldn't contact the TechSupport too,
because i hope they know the issue.

One problem with your request is that there is not a category for Heroes Kingdoms.

When I logged on there was no "message" there were plenty of error messages though, but this could have been a timesaver in order for them to work faster with their problem.

you must choose "MMO" and not Web/Facebook.

Indeed - appears to be planed maintenance, so all we can do is wait - and keep an eye out for updates.

This is why playing a game until early in the morning is bad, when you finally get up... you can barely remember what you did... and then 'error' occurs when you see maintenance. Sigh, I bet I even read when it was goning to start... and how long they thought it would be and I still didn't think about it until after I went nuts 1 or 2 times.
