Hi, i can run single player smoothly. I have 1gb ddr2 ram, geforce 7900gs video card and pentium d 3.0 ghz processor. For some reason multiplayer doesnt run smooth for me. It's like verything is in slow motion...any suggestions?

I'm in the same boat as you and many others, Im starting to think we need a bigger boat. Paid $3,400 for my comp just this year and it can run single player perfectly along with any other game on the market, but multi-player is beyond a joke. It's virtually unplayable, get an average of 10 FPS during combat and open areas making the game look like a virtual slide show. All settings are on low, which makes almost no difference at all compared to high.
Getting worried as I bought the game for MP and if it wont run playable its just going to go to waste and will certainly stop me from purchasing games from the same developer if this isnt fixed.

Same problem here. After a week of fixing the MP freezing loading screen, the game is still unplayable due to this "virtual slide show". I think it is something to do with the game itself and not our computer. If you are able to run the game smoothly in the single player, it should be also true for multiplayer when the map is smaller than or about the same as what you are playing in the single player. Futhermore, it makes sense that lowering settings compared to the ones you set in your single player will allow you to play the Mp smoothly, which in this case, isn't true. So I think most probably it is due to some errors in the game itself rather than the our coms' problems.

Im running
Athlon 3400+
7800GTX 512
2 Gigs RAM
FPS has been **** ever since the last patch. Like you said the game became virtually unplayable.
People keep saying its my drivers, but I've tried everything and no dice. I don't think the problem is as common as other issues, but I do think it is an issue with the game and (memory leak?) and hopefully it will be fixed in the upcoming patch.

Hi. When I try to pick up Sareth's backpack in that cave, guarded by orcs, the game crashes. Any good advice to share? Thanks http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/halo.gif
