Ok, when Vegas 2 came out I bought it shortly after launches and played the hell out of it. It was one of my favorite multiplayer games of all time.

Anyway, I sold it a long time ago. Now I wanna buy back Vegas 2, but don't know if anyone still plays it. I'm pretty sure it's been out for two years and I'm not sure if the community is still large.

One more question that's probably been asked a 1000 times, Will there be another RBS sometime this or next year?

Like I said, I'm new to the forums, so go easy on me lol.

Vegas 2 is still going strong on the 360,
& I'm sure it's still solid on the PS3 as well.
I think it's inevitable that Ubisoft brings out
another R6 game, but when, & if it will be like
Vegas is all still in question. If they have a
new R6 game coming out within the year, they are
being VERY secretive about it.

It's hard for them to make a R6 game when the
team that has made past R6 games are deep into
developing the next Splinter Cell game already.
These franchises under Tom Clancy's name are
hot sellers, so if Ubi is smart, they've realized
that Splinter Cell & Rainbow Six need their
own separate teams to work on them. http://media.ubi.com/us/forum_images/gf-glomp.gif

Oh, & if you're on Xbox Live, feel free to look me up.

Where do you guys keep getting the info that the whole R6 team is on SC? A few people isnt a whole team.

(private) mail from Chad Lebbos, R6 and SC senior Product Leader.

(BTW, became Captain yesterday evening) http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

I didn't mean to make it sound like
the whole team is on SC, but the
simple fact is, most of them are, & in game
development, that's enough to cause
problems for us wanting that next R6 game.

(Congrats on the rank-up Neo.) http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/clap.gif

Ok then where did you see that most of them are lol? Hate to break it to you Neo but even if R6 was amazingly coming out this year he would still tell you that theres nobody working on one.Hes not going to tell some random person info on an unannounced game. That could easily cost him his job.

Um... try taking a look at the credits murph...lol...

That's not even going through 1/20th of the the teams,
I can keep going if you really want me to.
I could've stopped after the first 10 people & made my point... did you catch the pattern?

"Lead,"
"Director,"
"Manager,"
"Coordinator,"
"Producer," ...
These are the people that tell the others what to do & how to do it.

You can't substitute them for the HawX guys or some
random construction dudes in the Home Depot parking lot. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/34.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.gif

& nobody is going to "easily" fire Chadi Lebbos...
He's been the head producer of the Splinter Cell series since 2006 &
the Rainbow Six series since 2003 that's been getting Ubi it's cash
long before Assassin's Creed ever showed up...

& I'm sure Neo/GCP Leader wasn't referring to Chaddi leaking any real
info about the next Rainbow Six game, but he can & has talked about the
next Splinter Cell. It's already been announced at E3 that
they're working on it already. So when it comes to who's working
on that, Chaddi can say whatever the hell he wants to, & by the way... he did.

And that's just another reason why my list was unnecessary.
Neo isn't the only one who's gotten that "intel" from Chad.
He said it b4, he'll probably say it again. Heck, he doesn't
even have to say it to gaming journalists, because they already know.
It's public. It's not like this is some spooky & shocking revelation. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

None of that means R6 isnt in the works.People in the company usually do work on various projects.Just because a handful of them worked on a SC game thats been finished for months doesnt mean much.He says stuff about SC AFTER its announced, thats a huge difference.PS if you seriously compared the R6 credits and SC credits to get those names then you have no life lol.I hope you found that list.It still doesnt mean R6 isnt being worked on.Chad has a boss and isnt allowed to say whatever whenever,he knows what he can let out.He wouldn't tell a random person that R6 is in progress.Thats just Ubi. I wouldn't be having this conversation if I didnt already have a reason to believe a R6 is being worked on.

If you're going to just pick & choose what to read
from my last 2 posts then don't respond to me.

I never said anywhere in my statement
that R6 couldn't be worked on. You asked me
where I got the "info" that the R6 team works
on SC like it was a preposterous idea to have,
& I answered your skepticism... resoundingly.

I also never implied that Chad doesn't have a
boss, so thanks for that. Fun...
I'll break it down for you:
He can say that a lot of the R6 team
is onto SC now... because EVERY1...
except you 24 hours ago apparently...
already knows that.

And I know they say stuff about SC
"AFTER" it's announced. I don't see
one post on here that implies that he or
any Ubisoft employee has leaked anything
concrete about the next R6 at all, so
I don't know why that's even a topic
right now. What, was it Neo's wink
that got you going down that road or what...

My last post simply stated that those guys
aren't the type you just swap out & that there
might be a wait on our hands. If I didn't believe
that a R6 game could be in the works, I wouldn't have
bothered participating in the wishlist thread...
...or these forums for that matter...
or call a future R6 game "INEVITABLE"...
you know... like I did in the very post you
responded to in the first place... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/53.gif

& I didn't have to compare "genius," I already
knew. I do game journalism spots often,
...it's part of the "life" you "think" I don't have...
& even if I didn't do that, I'd still know...
like I said before, it's PUBLIC. You just didn't
look hard enough, or most likely, at all.

Believe it or not, some people on the forums don't talk
out of there backside when they have something to say.
You are clearly just misunderstanding the points I
was making.
