Answer: Collect all 100 Feathers.

Mystic Wolf you are wrong, you get the venetian cape either at the end of sequence 11 or 10 I can't remember, but you get the Auditore Cape for collecting 100 feathers.

Well Other topics are not very clear about that... I read them all and none mentions when you get it. Auditore cape is in return for the 100 feathers...
