I need to get a decent joystick for HAWX and IL-2: Sturmovik. Please do not say the saitek x52 cuz it is too expensive for what it is. I am thinking of this:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/appl...pNo=447292&CatId=141 (http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=447292&CatId=141)

or

http://www.tigerdirect.ca/appl...No=3505431&CatId=141 (http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3505431&CatId=141)

but I am not too fond of where the throttle is on the stick, everything else about it I love.

Or even this one

http://www.tigerdirect.ca/appl...pNo=713258&CatId=141 (http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=713258&CatId=141)

please help me! I want a HOTAS but I cant find one around here other than the daM x52...I no can want for 150!

I like the Logitech Freedom 2.4 GHz Cordless Joystick
Have one myself, was playing HAWX with it and with the AC6 joystick.
One major bad thing about this is he lack of throttle control

the one for AC6, you can control the trust and even pull a cobra that last for minutes by holding the trust at the same level

Is the Ace Combat 6 Stick PC combatiable?

I would stay away from the logitech ones since they have a bad reputation of loosing the auto-calibration (google it, check forums).

The saitek cyborg X perhaps?

I got this one
http://www.amazon.com/PS3-PC-T...tick-X/dp/B000WHFQ0K (http://www.amazon.com/PS3-PC-T-Flight-Stick-X/dp/B000WHFQ0K)

only $30 and good quality, I love it

i got both T Hotas X and Stick X, throttle is useless for HAWX (assist ON) but is a must for any other game/sim, anyway good quality better than any logitech and most midend saitek controllers.
