All singleplayer skills.
Small pointers:
Sprint == running with shift
Power Strike == hold down mouse then release
Flurry == bashing attack button
Stun == achieved by charging
Adrenaline == that bar you build up as you do damage
Fatality == instant kill from full Adrenaline
Cast == shoot magic
Hold == holding mouse button after cast
Initial Hitpoints: 50

Combat Skills
Melee Combat
Tier 1
Requires: None.
Allows Strength and Critical Hit.
Level 1: Cost 1 skill pts.
Flurry Of Blows: Allows you to deliver an unlimited lumber of Fast Strikes in a flurry.
Charge: A powerfull attack to stun your enemies. (Sprint + Power Strike)
Level 2: Cost 2 skill pts.
Disarm: You can disarm an enemy. (Power Strike on a Stunned Enemy)
Shield: You can now use shields to block enemy attacks.
Level 3: Cost 4 skill pts.
Break Parry: Enables Flurry of Blows to sometimes break enemy parry.
Leaping Attack: A powerful strike that will knock the enemy off balance. (Jump + Power Strike)
Archery
Tier 1
Requires: None.
Allows: Critical Hit and Strength.
Level 1: Cost 1 skill pts.
Allows you to zoom in when using the bow.
Level 2: Cost 2 skill pts.
Gives you a steadier grip on the bow, making shots more accurate.
Level 3: Costs 4 skill pts.

Allows: Adrenaline.

Fire Trap
Tier 3

Allows: Fireball and Lightning Bolt.

Sets a magical trap that your enemy can't see. Explodes when Enemy is near. Inflicts Fire Damage.
Freeze
Tier 3
Requires: Flame Arrow.
Allows: Lightning Bolt and Fireball.

Sprays a non-lethal ice-cold substance that freezes an enemy for a couple of seconds. Creates a slippery zone if it hits the ground. Adrenaline Effect: Permanently freeze a creature.
Telekinesis
Tier 3
Requires: Heal.
Allows: Sanctuary.
Cost 3 skill pts.
Grab and move objects from a distance. The more Mana you have, the heavier the objects you can lift. Adrenaline effect: allows you to grab living creatures and massive objects.
Charm
Tier 3
Requires: Heal.
Allows: Sanctuary.
Cost 3 skill pts.
Charm a hostile creature and get it to fight alongside you for a limited time.
Fireball
Tier 4
Requires: Fire Trap or Freeze.
Allows: Inferno.
Cost 7 skill pts.
Send out a ball of fire that will explode on contact, hitting the target Enemy and nearby creatures. Cast and hold to guide the projectile. Deals fire and area damage. Adrenaline Effect: Kill your target opponent.
Lightning Bolt
Tier 4
Requires: Freeze or Firetrap.
Allows: Inferno.
Cost 7 skill pts.
Create a lightning projectile that will electrocute the target enemy. Bounces off walls. Deals electrical damage. Cast on enemies in water to enhance te damage! Adrenaline Effect: Chain Lightning that can jump from the main target to nearby enemies.
Sanctuary
Tier 4
Requires: Telekinesis or Charm.
Allows: Weaken.
Cost 7 skill pts.
Create a magic shield that will protect you from physical attacks and magic projectiles for a short period of time.
Inferno
Tier 5
Requires: Fireball or Lightning Bolt.
Allows: None.
Cost 10 skill pts.
Throw flames in front of you and set enemies on fire. Deals Fire Damage over Time. Adrenaline Effect: Deals even more damage.
Weaken
Tier 5
Requires: Sanctuary.
Allows: None.

Weaken an enemy for a short period of time. Adrenaline Effect: Permanently shrink your enemy.

We won't be able to master all the trees during one run of Singleplayer. That much is certain. I'd estimate 3 "work to the bottoms" will be possible, but who am I!? My first Sareth would be paladin'ish. Grabbing the healing spell and stamina first, then mastering melee combat. Remaining points will be stuffed into poison resistance and extra toughness/mana. HUZAH! Now you!
PS. Whomsoever can make this into a skill calculator like the ones WorldOfWarcraft uses ( http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/basics/talents/paladin/talents.html ) is my god. I have some skill in Javascript and I'll give it a go if noone else does.
PPS. Could someone make a similair list for the multiplayer skills?
