Scrolling to the right

There is two dead spots on the bottom right side of the screen when trying to scroll over to the right. They are both located where the minimap is located and quite annoying as I hit them frequently. I think there is also a ever so slight dead spot in the upper left corrner as well because I will also end up hitting it occasionally when trying to scroll diagonally to the left and up by placing my mouse in the upper left corner of the screen.

Does anybody know if this annoyance is being addressed or not? If the developers know about it or not, if not, where to submit a ticket for it?

They need to move the map and other icons a little ways in from the edge to allow the mouse to scroll. I believe that when you want to scroll and move the mouse over these areas, the game thinks you are trying to do something with that icon, instead of scrolling.
