I'm trying to decide between Wii Yoga and Your Shape. Does Your Shape include Yoga in the exercises?

There is a yoga component to the game under additional exercises section. I have done it a few times and it has repeated the same routine each time so i am unsure if it changes. The routine goes for about 40mins.
It does not have a complete set of yoga moves, so i would say it is not as comprehensive as a game entirely dedicated to yoga.
Although yoga still makes you sweat, as you know it is no way near as much as the workouts included in the game.
I guess your main decision comes on what your main focus is...
