Extra multiplayer maps anyone?? Well I've got the bad news...There arn't any!! 6 multiplayer maps for dogfighting online and that's your lot! Wow, is anyone else as dissapointed as me about this? No Paris, no Sanfransisco! What a real let down....

A joystick! I thought that might be the way to go. I've got the standard 360 pad at the moment but I can see benefits from the stick. It would be more comfortable I guess. But as for the maps, I put the cheats in and while it gave me a grand dose of prestige points and planes...No extra maps for dogfights! Shame that, but some of the maps are cool like himalayas, its just missing a bit of inner city and flying round skyscrapers like Ace Combat seems to have. So reluctantly, as I do like the old planes, I think it's a clean swap for Ace. Cheers though boys and I recken a joysticks gonna be good for Ace too. Serg

BSG here representin' The Skullbreakers Squad: SBS 101st Elite! for the PS3 platform. Ubi dropped the ball big time!! I'm one of the top 10 in at least five of the arenas .. including the the major 3's: Overall Pilot, Ace, & Dogfight!! Aside from my family in SBS 101st, my friends in the aod squad and Dogfight Union from Japan would agree w/ me that Ubi let us down!!
I bought ba2 as a follow-through from enjoy the original via the xbox. I was looking forward to playing ba2 online until i tried the demo. I wasn't even going to buy it until a fellow demo player invited me and convinced me that it was all that. After finding out most online players preferred dogfighting, he soon lost interest. I was like WTF!?
Anyway, at least i didn't buy in immediately. I made sure to wait a couple of years before buying this Lemon for a console for obvious reasons .. and .. another 1/2 year of playing the ba2 demo and sure enough glitches and bugs were already present!!
I'M BOYCOTTING THE NEXT INSTALLMENT OF BLAZING ANGELS AND ANY UBI GAMES .. CURRENT AND OTHERWISE .. BASED ON UBI'S FAILURE TO SUPPORT THE PS3 COMMUNITY OF GAMERS THE SOFTWARE UPGRADES, PATCHES, EXPANSION PACKS, AND NOW TROPHY SUPPORT FOR CONTINUED ENOYMENT OF BA2 .. INSTEAD OF US HAVING TO BE CREATIVE i.e. IN-GAME TOURNAMENTS, etc. SO WE MAY BE FURTHER ENTERTAINED!!
I CAN SAY WITH UTMOST SINCERITY THAT I WON'T BE ALONE IN THIS EFFORT TO BOYCOTT UBI. MY PS3 BA2 FRIENDS WILL BE BEHIND ME ON THIS. FOR THE REST OF YOU GAMERS WANTING TO BE HEARD REGARDING THIS QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE .. NOT TO MENTION A CUSTOMER SERVICE ONE ..

I love the game (well I love the idea of the game. A WWII fighter game...) and would most likely buy BA3 but believe me I will bicker here just as much as I have for BA1 and 2.

I can not believe that they UBISOFT hasnt made a patch for the glitches in the game yet. I digress if its like BA2 and worse than BA1 I may skip it also... LOL I think had they gave support for the game it would have done way better than it did. If you look at the posts here on their own site about complaints and problems you will notice very and I mean very limited response from Ubisoft other than to say not to use the polls... LOL

You really think Ubisoft is going to fix any of the screw ups in BA2 let alome add some thing... You MY FRIEND have lost your mind...

They (Ubisoft) could care less, they got there 60 bones outta all us...

The game is a glitching mess and the few of us that play it regulary(because its the only WWII era game out there) wish we would get some help...

The game lags terrible if more that 6 players are in... Warhawk has 32 players and vertually NO lag... What up??? Face it the only BA2 upgrade you will see is BA3... We will buy it and moan and complain just as much as we have about BA2...

That being said I would love to be proven wrong and see some support or dedicated servers... New maps are the least of their concerns... I would take them but they have bigger issues...

i specifically waited a while by playing the demo to test drive the game .. therefore, it only cost me half the price (brand new) when i picked it up.

'so glad i waited !! i am no longer donating to Ubisucks !! i don't care if i have to wait a while for a competitor to release a good flight sim game.
