Just wait for it to be patched. You'll get your achievement.

[DOUBLESHOCK]

Warning: this will reset your rank and A.C.E.S. progress.

1. At the dashboard, sign out of all profiles.
2. Start Vegas 2.
3. Press start at the main menu.
4. The Character Creation screen will warn you that you will not be able to save as there is no active profile.
5. Press A and then B to cancel back to the main menu.
6. Press the guide button and sign into your profile. As soon as it has signed in, press the guide button to close the dashboard blade and quickly press start.
6. This will bring you to the character creation screen and provide the same warning about not being able to save.
7. Your profile should now be reset. Select your gender, face options and hit accept.

theres a copy and paste on how to do it. I reset my rank and got the achievement. I just got my aces back to 20 and I'm good to go, all I care about is the weapons.
