The game wasn't delayed for compatibility polishing at all. If it was, then there'd be some hint of needing said polishing, rather than having so much locked down.
The PC version might have been delayed in an attempt to prevent piracy, but that wasn't the whole story--it was delayed so nobody would realise the PC version was nothing more than a shoddy port.
Ubisoft, if you want to stop making games for PC then just stop already.

Yes, this professional company wants to scam people and risk losing their business.
No. It was just carelessness.

It was delayed because all arcade games on xbox must be exclusive for at least 4 weeks.

And the part where we were lied to about how it was being delayed to make the PC version better? Where does that factor into "carelessness?"
Idiocy, true, but mostly maliciousness.

It is like serving the best wine at the beginning of a party.
Then when the people have had too much fun, then the lesser quality of wine is brought out...by that time, who would know the difference?
PC Gamers would.

Haha thats EXACTLY what they did. They LIED about the DRM that would be present in the game and then changed the specifications required for the game in the Steam store. That is not "carelessness" - Thats breaking the law. Plus Ubisoft already do a VERY good job at losing Business. I wouldn't be surprised if they went bankrupt sometime in the next 10 years.

lol, You dont run the shots, Microsoft do. Microsoft are such stingy bastards with their network. Valve tried to release free DLC but Microsoft FORCED them to make it paid DLC.
