Hi
I got a copy of far cry with some hardware a long time ago now, can't even remember what the hardware was.
Originally I had it installed with the online key ect. Although now, it has been uninstalled for at least a year.
Today I reinstalled it, but I cannot remember where the key is http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif. The disk I have didn't come in a case just a paper sleeve. I can't remember if it had a book either, but I guess must of done.
What I want to know is when far cry comes with hardware, does it come with the book? is the key on the book? or on the sleeve?
As I registered originally would there be a record anywhere?
I know this does seem like a real ******* post, but I really fancy a blast online, and I do own a genuine disc & licence.
Any ideas ?

Usually, the DVD that comes with hardware does not come with the manual. It would have come in a white sleeve with the CD key on the flap of the envelope.

Also, the key is encrypted so you cannot get it off the registry either.

I am afraid you are out of luck unless you find the original sleeve the disc came in. Sorry.
