I know this is the wrong forum.. but bear with me:

Do you think HoMM3 would run on a widescreen monitor (1280x800 resolution).

I know the game is old, and has just one preset resolution setting, but do you think it would still run and not be all warped?

Note: This is NOT a question about the upcomming HoMM5... it is about HoMM3.

Oh wow.. didn't notice there was the EXACT SAME question about Heroes 5 just a few threads down. That's pretty funny...

But my question still stands, do you think Heroes 3 would work?

Fullscreen, it will but it will be distorted.

They revamped all three previous games. Maybe they work properly on widescreens now. Wow, that would be really nice!

Anyone to confirm/deny this?
