1.) How can I get the m_ExectueProgress of a trigger work on singleplayer maps? The progress bar doesn't show up and nothing happens if I just hold the key.

I don't know is there a mechanism that could give such an option. In MP maps it is hardcoded in game source code.

There is a parameter you can change when you check advanced options. But it doesn't work.
