mapgenerator ive been searching in the forum
i saw that it has to do with down the game and buying it but this game isnt mine but my friends i borrowed it cuz he didnt want the game anymore but its original

but still could any1 help me??
it says

cant find MapGenerator.dll try installing it again maybe it will help....

i installed it like 3 times but didnt help could any1 help me please??

and patches dont work...:

That error your getting is a patching error,it can usually be solved by uninstalling the game reinstalling and repatching,the Mapgenerator DLL,I dont understand as there isnt such a thing on the stand alone Settlers4,only on the add ons.

You say tis disc is your friends,have you got the original disc or have you copied his?
