how do you deploy engineer drones?

I bought my 1st upgrade and in the heat of battle I couldn't find a way to deploy drones with my engineers. prob I can find out but since I only have the upgrade when I'm playing theater, if someone's nice to tell me I am more likely not to lose my next game for EFEC : )

You can only deploy them on a uplink you control, target the uplink with them and press whatever the secondary attack button is, it costs 1 command point and deploys 4 sheildless drones like the ones form command vehicle without the attack one upgrade that guard the uplink.

as b_4721 said but to give a slightly better way is after securing a uplink you select your engineers you then press the e key then the o key and click on uplink you want to deploy the sentries to.
