The schemes look nice; the colours especially look quite accurate. The patterning isn't quite historical, however, and the only P-40s to actually wear those specific colour schemes were the early Tomahawks in RAF service. Some later-model Soviet birds had the same kinds of patterning, but the colours were different, I think.

It's still a good effort, though! <S>

thanks dude,

I know most of what you said, i did read somewhere that Kittyhawks over italy used the grey/green scheme, but it wasn't many of them. they are/will be nothing more than squad skins... so i'm not worried.
and i've tried to recreate RAF scheme patterns A & B... and it drives me nuts on the P-40 so i went with Buglords for ease of use.

I use line markers for matching up the camo work on the P-40's I did. Makes it a lot easier. One other thing is that you might bring out the rivets on the wing and fuse for the rivet counters out there.
