I've made some wicked pencil drawings from the latest batch of art released with Double Agent, but there's no way in hell I'm posting it on the internet. It can stay framed on my wall... I don't trust anyone on here.

splintergrl, if you wish to make posts about a fan art contest, please could you explain how the contest works it's very misleading for posters as shown can be taken 101 different ways. The other thing is you don't have to make more then one thread about it, as braiog pointed out you can always post in the old existing one, which was still open HERE (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/2771048463/m/9851043074?r=9851043074#9851043074) your first was locked due to a poster insulting everyone within the thread.

I'll let this go this once and Lock your previous, but take this as a <span class="ev_code_RED">Warning</span> if it happens again, it won't be so lenient.

ok srry. first thing i'm a girl. Second was that i tried to post in my old thread but my comp wouldn't let me for some reason and kept shutting me down. and no i do not steal fan art. I have been a victim of it and feel it's wrong. You dont' really get anything out of it except a title of bets artisit and havign it posted on my homepage plus other people who don't post on ubi will view it and for your safety i have a code that does not let anyone right click and save. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

i'm not trying to be mean, but only noobs use those. firefox has a buit in option to disable those scripts, meaning they can right click.

using any browser, they can click and drag the image to the url bar and then save it. viewing the image outside of a webpage basically circumvents your script. and finally, if all else fails, view the source to find the image address and then save it, again circumventing the script. the only thing that script does is keep out the honest people who want to download it to their hard drive because they think its cool. if someone wants to really steal it for nefarious reasons, there are quick and easy ways to do it.

edit: one more, just click file&gt;save as and it saves all of the embedded files (including all images) to the hard drive. then just delete everything except the images you want to keep.

edit: or just disable javascript. that works too.

well that's true. I am kind of new to al this firefox stuff so you're not being mean. I had a computer class that only taught us the basics. The teacher would have taught more but many of the students couldn't find their way out of a paper bag if you know what i mean

the only sure fire way i see is to put the logo or name of the person into the picture so that to crop it out would completely ruin the picture.
