About downloading Exclusive Maps or Extra on PS3 [Archive]

Hi,
I live in the uk, I can't link to the Unisoft Serve when i seclect to download exclusive maps or extra in game even i'm sure i connect the internet already.

Is there any problem about PSN ID for different region? Because i have tried my UK and HK PSN ID and then go in the game....However, no different, still can't connect to Ubisoft..

Can anybody help? Many thanks!

did you enter the code in the extras section of the game? if so they are active on what ever PSN ID you used to do that. there is no download they are on the disc it just links them to your PSN ID.

is that i should connect to Ubisoft successfully first, then i can enter the code?
Because when i select extra section, they need to connect Ubi serve first, but i can't connect it

Can Ubisoft noticed this kind of problem and try to fix it? because someone like me have such problem about the connection
