one of the screenshots indoors where the room was really dark it looked like he was holding a flashlight but i light circle on the wall in front on him

this one is the best i think cause the AI is stunned by the light this gifes me the feeling that there whase no light and that hit hase to be his flashlight
so i say yes to the flash light

yeh plus there is no lighting on the ceiling or walls
so it makes me think that jack just might have a flashlight

Judging from the screenshots he most likely does. It probably functions like the flashlight in Half Life. You press a key and it turns on. It probably has a battery also.

he i do belive that he hase a flash light but that whase a picture that i put on the forum the other one that my friend added is one whit a light from the map and not a FLASHLIGHT
so yeh he does have a flashlight butonly in the scene where he stuns the man the other seens he doesnt have a flashlight or well maybe in some he does but not in the one whit the water.

Just a quick note:
Jack has one of those clip on military flashlights he gets from an earlier encounter. Additionally, if he is lucky, Jack can find flashbangs and use them against enemies, which is what you are seeing here.

Thanks for clearing that bit up and letting us know that there are flashbangs.
