i have found 2 demos. 1 at download.com, 1 from pc gamer magazine. 1st you start in a boat (is that what you mean?), 2nd you start on an island. different maps. i like the 'boat' one best. played almost all weekend. is that the one you mean? or are there 3 demos?!

Nope..there is a 3rd being released today.

First was entitled "Fort", second was entitled "Reseach" and the next one is entitled "Boat".

Find the third and you win the prize :P

hmm. XP only? that's weird. the whole game's not xp only, and isn't this part of the game? is it just a tweak that xp can take advantage of? though the rest of us can play as normal? hmm. post here, anyone who finds the new demo! thanks

They're fixing some bugs so they don't have to release a patch. It should still be ready before release of the full game. After release we can also expect a multiplayer mod for those of us who aren't buying right away.
