Well, overclocking any Nvidia card is a chore because they run hot anyway, and you're not going to get much extra speed out of it since it's an already crappy card anyway. Go to www.guru3d.com (http://www.guru3d.com) and look for a good Nvidia overclocking utility. You can put it about 10 Mhz at a time, test to see if there are artifacts and then overclock more. When you see artifacts (defects in the picture), you know you've pushed it too far, just back it down a little.

I'm not responsible for any damage caused by overclocking, do it at your own risk. Now, I'm going to delete your other post because I have a pet-peave about double posts...

Overclocking that card isnt going to really help you. Its now the lowest card available that supports dx9 features, but its just and upgraded MX.
You will also shorten your cards life span, so i wouldnt do it personally.

What are the default clock/memory speeds? If its like 250/300 then go to around 275/325. If its like the FX5600 it'll be 300/400 and i overclocked that to 325/450 but the card was very hot, and its got a big burn hold around the heatsink.

If you want to push the card further then get an artic cooler for the card. It'll make it run cooler (not much), but enough to get the freq's up a bit more. I have an artic cooler on mine and can go from 340/380 to 370/416.
