CryEngine Error

I was playing around overclocking my graphics card, and everything was going well until I got this message:

"CryEngine Error

CRITICAL ERROR: <CrySystem> Bad allocation size 109051908"

Has this message gotten anything to do with my overclocked gfx card? Or is it just a error with the demo?
