xbox live bugs?

I would like to know wot the hell is going on with these bugs everyones expeirenceing inc me i seem to have the same problem as everyone else I also cannot stand people leaving in the middle of a ranking game because they suck thats not my fault and we lose all the points then, its so fustrarting somethink needs to b done about that also i have expeirenced freezing when i try to do an optimatch and when I try to join some games i get a "GAME VERSION IS NOT THE SAME AS THE SERVERS" WOTS THAT ALL ABOUT IS COS THEY R AMERICAN OR SOMETHINK IF SO WHY CAN I PLAY AMERICANS ON RAINBOW 6 apart from these teething problems I have been enjoying the xbox live expeirence its such a cool and different game then anythink thats already out the game rocks but can u guys at ubisoft plz plz plz fix the bugs and give us an explanation on why we are getting these messages thanx
