well, the game finally 'decided' to load , it brought up the menu page but, the entire page is WHITE, and the options "show replays, trainging, etc..." are in plain green letters! ?????

The audio does come on, and that sounds really cool. but the screen is a blank white screen.

i had something similar happen to me with the demo when i had AA on with my radeon 8500. so moke sure you have that off

I went through the same problems as you are having with the white menu screen. I figured out how to get the menu back though.
I changed my graphics.cfg and graphicssd.cfg files to indicate "bbp = 16" instead of 32 where you see that in those files. The graphicssd.cfg file needs to have read only status disabled in order to change it though.
Instead of doing this you may want to just change your desktop to 16 bits and see if that works.
I can't say even after you get to the menu's you won't have further problems. I am having lots of other lockups and errors I'm still trying to work through. At this point it still hasn't become playable for me.

I am still getting the white menu screen-


my sys specs are:

P4 1.6 gigz
512 SDRAM
GeForce 2

these stats are very low i realize, but it did run the demo.


I tried adjusting the antialising option in the graphic card, i tried changing the colors to 16 bit, but still get the same white screen-


can anyone else offer any help? thanks guys

do you run a software firewall such as ZoneAlarm?
