Its there...they just put it in a weird *** spot. Look behind the first cd slot in your case.

03-24-2004, 10:28 PM
no, it's on purpose.

03-24-2004, 10:30 PM
I know. Who in the hell thought it was ok to put the key in the case by that little thing that blocks some of the letters. You gotta manuver it around just to get the key.

03-24-2004, 10:32 PM
nah man im not a fool there is NO cdkey in there and ive heard of other ppl with the same prob in AUS. how can they screw up such a fundamental thing? does anyone have any info?

03-24-2004, 10:35 PM
yep aust Pc version came with no MP cd key...

I suggest contact UBI directly (it should be in the manual)...

they'll give you one.. hopefully..

cheers mate !!

these forums are not UBIsoft themselves...

they are operated FOR ubisoft.

I'm sure they have a contact email somewhere.

I rang Ubisoft support hotline and I was told that I needed to send an email to support@ubisoft.com.au and they would tell me how to get a CD Key within 48 hours or so http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Dont be an *** thrillerwog, if you were running a leading international game production/development company, I can tell by your attitude that your operations would be far from air-tight. How many top level games has UBI released just in the past couple weeks? FarCry, SC:PT, Ghost Recon Jungle Storm, RS3 for PS2, not to mention the multi-platform releases alone of Splinter Cell, in nearly every city in north america and probably just as many in the rest of the world. I'm sure it's fairly easy to have a printing error slip through the cracks.
What UBI Soft has accomplished since Prince of Persia till now is amazing.
No need to get angry man, just think a bit before you blow up.

And don't worry, puberty will be over before you know it.

03-25-2004, 04:55 AM
lol derrick
there is something called a printing error, then there is something called a $%#@% up.
its like buying a car and then realizing there wasnt a engine for it. kinda makes it useless.
and when a company releases a game for customers TO BUY WITH THEIR MONEY, they should damn right make sure there isnt any stupid ******ed little error like a missing cd key or SENSABILITY option. if this game only had little problems it would be acceptable to have acouple, but when its plagued with many and many problems, that everyone is getting, it goes to show u that one company isnt doing all that they should be doing.

03-25-2004, 04:58 AM
maybe such said company should focus on making 1 pure owning game that runs perfeclty instead of 5 games that are full of bugs if they cant handle it.

03-25-2004, 05:00 AM
Man, I had no idea that PC was having so many probs. All us xbox'ers have been playing 24/7 with no probs whatsoever. (Except the lock up if you wait too long to join a server).

03-25-2004, 05:02 AM
OK lets think about this eh?
You're engine anology would be more appropriate for example if say the CD's were BLANK. It's not even a fair exaggeration to say the most.
What are the "many and many problems that everyone is getting"?

03-25-2004, 05:03 AM
blank naa, what if u didnt really enjoy the single player but u wanted it for the multi purpose, thus making the game useless to them with no key, like a car without a engine. cuase truthfully, the only reason ppl actually buy games nowadays is becuase they require a key to play online. single player games with no key tend to do poor in sales cuase they can be easily downloaded. thus making a key for the game a very valuable thing.

03-25-2004, 05:10 AM
No it's more like getting insurance for your car but not getting the lisence plates. You can drive it in your driveway all you want but there's no way you're taking it out on the road.
You still get to enjoy your car, and you get your plates sent to you tomorrow. No reason why you can get comfortable in your car (maybe test out all the multiplayer levels).

I'm sorry I didn't even realise somewhere along the lines all of the UBI employess were replaced with 25th Century Game Developing Drones.

Man I love your idea of making "1 pure owning game"... what a great strategy. I hope you go on to take Business Management and start your own company. I want to see how fast you can trip over your own self-righteousness and fall on your face.

03-25-2004, 05:13 AM
Umm ... And were you not the same people that were screaming and swearing at Ubisoft to release the game no matter what. Well maybe they listened to you. Be careful what you wish for. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

03-25-2004, 05:16 AM
And I've been playing for a while I didn't find any of the forementioned bugs.

Bugs have been complained about twice over by every testosterone filled 15 year old. I'm sure I speak for many people that we've heard our fair share.

Too true ASSReeper, too true.

03-25-2004, 07:16 AM

09-29-2006, 04:35 AM
Hi http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif im from nz and i have no multiplayer key as well im gettin quite ****ed off because ive already emailed ubi and gotten no response. (guess they just dont want to front up to it! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif) obviously it happens all over the world. before anyone replys (if anyone! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif) ive looked everywhere on the cd case inside and out and in the manual so unless u can think up of anywhere else u dont have to bother.PLZ PLZ PLZ,RESPOND!any tips would be nice! the computer is really frustrating me! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/compsmash.gif

09-29-2006, 11:04 AM
Well, for one, hardly anyone plays Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow online anymore, so you're not really missing out on much. Second, Ubisoft takes an eternity to respond. Give it at least a couple of weeks for them to respond to your email.
