New Installation

I have just bought the game and tried installing it to no avail. When I try to start the game the screen resizes to the selected resolution, an opening image loads briefly (a single aircaft over a city) and then I get returned to the desktop.

Can anyone help? (no response from UBI so far)

Spec: P4 3.0Ghz, 1Gb RAM, Asus 800VM mbrd, nVidia 5950, Direct X 9.0b, XP Pro

If you get the ac over Leningrad, you have an install. Your issue is CTD on launch.
