Multiplayer on PC

I can't get MP to work on PC. i have yet to insert my cd key but it never has asked for it yet. All i get after i choose MP from the menu is a select profile screen so i select and then the game closes...

lol well ur luckier then me i cant even get that far...it freezes once it goes into the game. right away where it says "game experiance...." http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/51.gif
