problem with splinter cell: pandora tomorrow!!!

hello everyone,
can someone tell why when i save my game after the train level and turn off my pc, the nturn back my pc on again later and try to play plintercell i click on one player and the game crach back to windows and don't start...
all help is welcom, thank you...
