I know this is going to be a very common question, but I need help. I have gotten the pressure directly on, to the right of, AND to the left of the red line on the bottom of the gauge and all I get is the over flow valve going PFFFFFFF! really loudly when i turn on the volve to fill the air ship. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gifhttp://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif HELP! I have tried so many different combanations of valves its starting to really get to me. Any help that can be givin would be greatly appreceiatd.

Just one more thing, spoilers, and walk throughs are welcome! I have completed the lava room and the electricity is running fine except for the one door by the linking book to J'nanin.

Well it sounds like you've done what you need to do, so I'm guessing that the problem is with the valve settings. What do you have them set at?

Have you closed ALL the valves and counted marks from the guage needle--thin end, to the red line--clockwise perhaps?

Have you watched that needle while opening and closing one valve on each level? Perhaps this will show you the value of the valves on each level?

Once you've figured out the marks and valve values, did you start at the VERY top and work you way down to open the correct valve(s) on each level?

Yes I have figured out that the top teir of valves drops the pressure by 1, th middle teir by 4 and the bottom teir by 12. Here are the combanations i have tried:
Top: 2 open 2 closed Top: 1 open 3 closed
Mid: 1 open 3 closed Mid: 1 open 3 closed
Low: 1 open 3 closed Low: 1 open 3 closed

Top: 1 open 3 closed Top: 3 open 1 closed
Mid: 1 open 3 closed Mid: 1 open 3 closed
Low: 3 open 1 closed Low: 3 open 1 closed

Top: 1 open 3 closed
Mid: 2 open 2 closed
Low: 3 open 1 closed

I am begining to think i may be shooting for the wrong line. I have been going for the one on the bottom, and i see no other line so my fears may be unfounded.

If a man says something, and no women are around to hear it, is he still wrong?

Oh, that explains it! The red line you're shooting for is just a single line. It's up around 10 or 11:00 on the gauge. The way I went about it was figuring out how many line there were between my starting point and the line, then figuring out how many lines each valve moved the needle, then figuring out how many valves from each level needed to be opened or closed.
