ok the game goes like this. you have mercs and
you have prisoners.
the prisoners have escaped
and the mercs have to get them back.
there is
6 mins on the clock, 1 for the prisoners to hide and 5 for the mercs to find them.
the mercs can carry any weapon they want but the prisoners can only carry an aw-covert and non leathal items (no masks).
the mercs have to find the prisoners and force them to surrender.
for the prisoners to surrender they have to switch to their secondary item.
the prisoners can fight back but would prove useless against a well equiped merc.
the merc then takes the prisoner back to wherever you decide the prison will be in that map.
once in the prison you can still try to escape but might not be a good idea because the mercs will most likely have a guard on duty the mercs do not want to kill the prisoners so its a good idea to fire warning shots or to shoot the legs for little damage.
this game is not one of those stupid stat builder games because no one ever dies unless it is nessecary.
the only downer for this game is that its based on a points system which requires someone or everyone to write down the points.
i know its a pain in the you know what but its the only way i could get this to work without people ruining it by cheating and playing unfair.
ok the points are as simple as possibly there is not much writing involved.
for the mercs you get 1 point for every prisoner you have in prison and you lose 1 point for every prisoner you dont have in prison and you lose 2 points if a prisoner is dead. for the prisoners you gett 1 point for every one of you not in prison and you lose one point for every one of you whose in prison and you lose 2 points for every one of you whos dead.
so see no one dies or else its a lose lose situation thats why its not a stat booster game.
you can also do some bonus points like for the mercs if oyu have all the prisoners alive and in prison you get an extra 10 points and for the prisoners you get an extra 10 points if none of you are caught.
its a good game and all but i dont have a name for it so if you have any suggetstions or questions just post them here.

its also a good idea to put the prison somewhere thats big enough and can have a door that closes (trainyard wouldnt be a good map for this

Well heres some problems we've come up with:
1.) Some people won't surrender and rather fight to the death.
2.) Others might commit suicide instead of being takin hostage.
3.) The players who are the merc should have specific weapons instead of anything they want otherwise they might get too cheap like a psg.
4.) What about grenades?
5.) Need a better way to surrender. Some of the prisonors might complain they got shot while holding their pistol and surrendering. So maybe they should crouch (possible suggestion).
I like the part about guarding the prisnors. I think guards should have special weapons. Redscorpion suggested charges such as remotes.
Personally I think you need to play this game with people you can trust that won't cheat. This really sounds like a fun game mode and I wonna try it in my server but we need to work out some of the problems to eliminate as many cheaters as possible. On the plus side the scoring system you came up with actually might eliminate the Friendly fire prob.

yes thats why ther had to be the points system because you would lose points if you faught to the death or if you killed yourself and for the mercs if they had a psg and killed every prisoner then they would have no points so the points system is necessary

and that crouch thing would be a good idea but they might crouch like the bob up and down thing or maybe they could crouch for 5 seconds and not move to surrender thanks for the idea

A possible name is Jailbreak.
But thats just a suggestion.
I'd be willin to play with you guys whenever this gametype is bein played just to test it out.

Man Code Name you've made an awesome game! Oh and Shadow we've decided to call it Jailbreak (good name) lol. We still have to work out some of the details though. Heres some modifications I would like to see done.
The points systems should be changed so that we don't need someone to keep score for all the rounds we play, instead it should be like an individual game each round as far as who wins. So if Red wins then we just clear the score and play a new game the next round. Also the timer seems to be a little bit high, let's try it next time a couple min less, mabey at like 7 min or so.
Another issue we ran into was the prisnors getting shot while running by the guards spawn during the first minute. Although it is extremly stupid to do so, in some maps we don't have a choice because we want to get a good hiding place. So during the first minute no one should shoot any1.
Now for the people who don't know we've decided to use my suggestion of crouching to surrendor. Also in addition to crouching if you are carrying any non lethals still, switch to them so you put away your gun to make it more obvious to the guards that you are surrendering and not putting up a fight.
We had a lot of fun playing this and in one of the games it was Code Name and this other guy in the prison with one guard leaning back and forth infront of them trying to piss them off. The other guard had just left the room and Code comes up with a plan to shoot the one guard with the AW when he stops leaning. After a good minute he finally stopped leaning and the 2 prisnors pull out their AW's and take him out in less then 3 shots. That's when they made a run for it but unfortunatly for Code the other guard got to him before he could get out of the prison. LoL The other guy however made it out and sniped off the remaining guards until he finally got shot.

fun a@# game until sumone screws it up... my only problem is some of the mercs get to agressive (police brutality)
