The sound issue I'm having with this game is similar to many other people's. The right speaker gets all crackly and stays that way until I restart my machine. My soundcard is a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz. The OS is Windows XP Professional. I believe this seems to be a problem with EAX support. However, I've turned off EAX and 3d sound, and still the problem persists. As it is, the game is pretty much unplayable (that scratchy sound on the right really bugs me!). It's like listening to someone scratching a chalkboard with their nails. I really hope this gets fixed soon. I'm dying to play this game.

PS: I'd also like to mention that my motherboard has onboard nVidia sound hardware. I have it disabled though as I prefer to use the Santa Cruz.

Have you at least TRIED to use your Onboard Nvidia Sound to see if that works? Don't you think you should at least check it out before saying, "Can't play this until I get it fixed". You could have been playing it all this time if the Nvidia Sound fixes it.

Until next mission fellow Cells...
