is there anyone here that got a radeon 9700 or higher and get framrate issue?

I got teh radeon 9700 non pro and that card kick some *** in every game, and in splitner cell (the first one) I play all teh intense lighting level perfectly smooth as silk with all highest settings and resolution my monitor can support (no AA since this game won;t support it and AA make texure look bluriy so I don;t care if AA works or not) but when I turn on thermal vision on that game the framerate drop.
While in pandora tommarow, I turn it up all high and crank the resolution down and it alggy as hell, but it smooth when I use thermal vision, and the shadows... it look like it done by a voodooo card.
this it totally the oposite of the first splitner cell where the game is nice and smooth and this is jsut a bad tranaction to teh sequel.
UBISOFT, DO SOEMTHING!!!!!!
By the way, the demo of pandora tommarow run smooth as silk as well.
