Sound problems

I got a big problem... I got a soundblaster live! 5.1 from DELL (so its not the real soundblaster) and some of the sounds (bullets,steps,grenades) comes in the wrong headphone side! other sounds are OK.... anybody who can help? please

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news ..but post this in tech support forum. Have you updated the driver?
