get kicked when connected to server

how do I fix this problem? every time I connect to a server it loads and when I get connected a get a msg that says "Kicked" and I go back to the multiplayer server list.. does anyone know what to do? I havent patch my FC to 1.1 yet but do I have to do it? and yeah I have searched the forum but I havent found anything.. sorry if this topic already has been brought up..

Hi I'm having trouble playing my FarCry online sometimes. I get this message when I get booted out of a Punkbuster server " You have been kicked via PunkBuster (for 0 minutes) PB INIT FAILURE" I get it after a minute of MP play

I have the latest patch for FarCry making it v1.1 and PB is enabled, I bought the game from Game in the UK who are owned by Electronics Boutique.
