You can't.

However, if you're clever you can start a mission in the hangar, with some careful preparation . . . .

Yes there is a way..

1st: you have to select take off from parking area in your mission editor.

2nd: you press Ctrl + C - 3 times

and finanly ...
3rd: you have to pressCtrl + E - one time

After blue screen press controll alt delete 1 time.
You are now in a HANGer

I like to take off from the hangers too. In mission editor, set to take off from parking area. Add an AI wingman. He will start in a hanger, you'll be on an outdoor stand.
After pressing S for start, then quickly Cntrl-E to eject, F2 and Alt-J and hey presto, you're in the AI plane in the hanger. You are even in the shadows and you'll emerge into the light feeling pleased with yourself. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

The only way to open the doors really is to F2 untill you select your wingnut then ALT J into his plane and then you'll be able to enter the hangar...
