As for calibrating my KI. I don't know how to do it. I've found the spy room, variuos places in D'ni and read a lot about the kings, but I cannot figure out how to calibrate my Ki and find all the markers.!
Any help would be greatly appreaciated

The Ki coordinates will come as you are calibrating the Great zero. It isn't suppose to have any #s until you get to the final calibration marker phase.
If you found the spy room that is the first step to solving the puzzle to get the access to the zero. . . Notice anything Odd when you "spied"?? use the info there along with info in Sharper's journal, to solve the puzzle. . .Oh and check sharper's journal more than once, he may have been in his office since you were there last http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

wait, you can calibrate the ki to read coordinates? Is the Great Zero that place that looks like a DRC storehouse/registration?

The Great Zero antechamber is reached through a linking book beyond a locked door (which you need to solve a puzzle to open). The locked door (and the puzzle) are reached from a place reached from the spy room.

No. The Great Zero is sort of like a GPS satellite, with your Ki acting as the handheld GPS. Once you have calibrated, your Ki will give you precise three-dimensional co-ordinates of your position in the cavern, with the Great Zero as the zero point of all three axes. (Or, more precisely, it gives you a distance, elevation and angle reading from the GZ).
The antechamber is accessible initially from a Bahro linking stone. It is a small room and it has a single journal in it telling you how to go about calibrating the GZ. It also has a device to stick your Ki in, and a Nexus book. Once you visit it for the first time it will become a destination in your City book.
The Great Zero chamber itself can only be accessed after you collect five markers. After uploading them in the antechamber, go to your Nexus and there will be a link to "Reezero". This is the home of the Great Zero itself.
okay, but I haven't found anything in the game that says how to collect the maintainers guild markers.

The Maintainers Guild markers have nothing to do with your present quest. The markers you will seek are intended to "calibrate" the Great Zero. Details of this will be found once you reach the Antechamber of the Great Zero.
