For some reason I was thinking the bulk of the tools came on the game CDs/DVD and some misc plugins would be on their site... But maybe someone can clarify this...

I hope the tools will be both for Download and on the Disk

I would think with only a week left til release they won't put them up for download. I can't be sure as I'm not deep within the bowels of Crytek's offices but as with how they have handled things previously - ie the Multiplayer Beta and Singleplayer Demos I don't think it will happen.

The tool are on the disc, with a 120page manual how to use them.

Are you guys talking about Cryedit/Sandbox or the SDK? The Sandbox comes with the game.
