USA did in fact do a great deal of things wrong, enough to warrant a string of warnings. more than normally would be given. In the threads warning about behaviour etc etc, it was said only 1 warning would be given, if we were so keen to get rid of him why did he receive more than 3??

USA persisted in swearing, arguing with the mods, soapboxing and insulting other people.

WE do not ban for the sheer pleasure of it, and contrary to what USA is telling some of you, his banning was done with more leniency than any other banning on this board.

Get your facts straight next time.

And no he isn't coming back, you all know the policy on banning.

one more thing while we are on the subject of usa. you guys want him back so bad, but how good of a friend is he if he is trying to get you guys to participate in behavior that could get you banned as well? if it was me, I would never ask someone I concidered a friend to get themselves into to trouble because I couldn't follow the rules.

why would he talk about me having to ban every member if he wasn't trying to get some of you to do things that he knows are wrong? I normally would not post a pm from someone, but I don't want to see any of you getting into to trouble over this.

Good lord.... Thank you Hawk and Freaky for posting in this thread. USA320 was a loudmouth opiniated idiot at times and quite frankly, I am not surprised at all that he is banned.

If you people can't get OVER it, then I suggest you just damned well leave and find another forum to cry over his loss. Because really, we don't want it here. He's banned, GET OVER IT.

Hey W-Cell you gotta a problem with what people post take your own advise and "get over it" no one forces you to read these threads, if you want to take on another member you take on me..., if you didn't like usa fine, I don't know how long you've been on the forums and I don't care there are people on these forums that liked and still like usa.
If you don't fine, but deal with the people that did/do like him, if you don't like the things that go one here leave...
But remember there are lots of members and they all don't think like you.

I didn't leave this thread unlocked for arguing, or to try to see if I could get some of you in trouble. I did it because after you take into consideration what hawk and myself have to say, I would like to know if you still want him back. knowing that he has not really apologized to me or anyone else, is still badmouthing me via pm, is threatening a revolt of the forum to get you all banned, and even bribery, do you still want him back? I know some of you are just itching to plead his case, but you need all of the facts before you decide. well these are the facts. I also want you to know that some of you would not even be here if he would have had his way and got you banned. I am not the criminal in this matter, and those of you who really know me, know that i am not mean spirited or malicious. so I want your honest opinions on the matter, and I don't want any arguing or name calling. you wanted a chance to plead his case well here it is. noone who posts here will be banned for their opinion as long as they don't name call, argue, or swear.

Well good for them.

Everytime I ended up reading a post or thread by USA, he was badmouthing the kids on here. Saying how they should grow up, stop spamming. Also, his political views were %100 correct according to him, and noone could differ.

I have a problem with it? No.

I post what I think about it, if I had a problem I'd PM USA himself. K ?

I was not here the night the banning accured so I have no oppion, I do know however that he did post about telling members to grow up.
He had reason to be angry thought, this was when the "whipping" unoffical gab thread was going on.
Maybe some things he did were great, maybe he got out of hand sometimes.
We all make mistakes, but was usa awear that what he did was wrong and offended people? I can't and won't question the dession to ban usa, but we must think were the right actions take'n? did you act out of anger for what he was doing at the moment? or had he stepping over the line one to many times?

its simple the rules were broken... a ban was placed.....

Ok, you talk about USA complaining about the "whip" stuff in the gab thread, now, this was not the only thread he'd been complaining and whining in. Many times I'd noticed he would be badmouthing a young member because of what they say, or their view.... Now I really don't think someone's age is important, unless they are obviously spamming etc....
