First, make sure you're in Live. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
Then, go to Gahreesen (2nd book on your shelf). In the room before the room where you get your KI, search the corner lockers for a linking stone. Clicking on this will take you to your Neighborhood balcony (home of the infamous "balcony jump" http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif). When you link back to your Relto, you should have your Neighborhood book back on your shelf.
