Graphics Card Defalts(PLEASE HELP!!!)

I have done something really stupid, I overclocked my graphics card, Radeon 9800pro, and thought I turned the defalts back and uninstalled the overclock program. powerstrip, and I am still getting Artifacts. I have tried everything from reinstalling powerstrip to reinstalling my whole system and it still dosent seem to stop over heating. I really need to know if there is a way to set it back to the defalts or get a cooling system that is $100 or below. It isn't over heating too much because I only get artifacts on Farcry (indoor parts only) and cut scenes on Unreal Tournament 2004. So please respond and any oppinion will help.

Have you actually reinstalled Powerstrip then told it to set the card back to default speeds? If you do make sure you restart to detect speeds if it asks you to, or try taking the card out and then putting it back in (the motherboard)

I have reinstalled it but the clock speeds say NA but I havent tried to reinstall it then replug the card into the splot so I will try that thanks and hopefully that will work.

It's simply the best program to adjust your Radeon speed.
