EB still shows it as 8/10, but until they change it's status to "now shipping!" there's still a chance it could be pushed back.

Normally it takes until they day after the ship date for consumers to get their hands on the software, but if you got prepayed direct delivery there's a small chance you'll get it same-day.

I ordered my copy today through Ubi. The guy I talked to, said it will actually be shipped on the 11th, according the FAQ, it was the 10th, but that wasnt' updated. Should be in stores by the 14th according to that same faq. So who knows? I'm supposed to get my copy on Friday. Free 2 day shipping, and a $10 rebate if you own a previous copy of the game.

I checked my pre order status and according to it fed-ex had my copy yesterday! Hopefully I will have it tomorrow. Gamespot has posted the annoucement from Ubi that the game was released today also.
