As of now, all thats been announced for MP is a coop mode where two spies infiltrate certain areas against AI. That will definitly be over Xbox live. As for Content download, almost every XBL game has DLC.

There is an FAQ topic with all of your answers.

No body knows if there will be XBOX live support because the game hasn't even got a release date for XBOX. That being said it will most likely have it.

I know, I just didn't know if there were any updates about this issue after the date phil wrote the FAQ. Besides, there is a thread saying it will be released for console febuary 21, 2004. Is this real or is it spam
