Shorah all!

I was a beta tester but never could get in because of a connectivity problem and still can't get in.

This is what happens.
When I Log In, I click Play, the COC box appears, I click Accept then the window just vanishes.
This was the same thing that happened in beta, except -- instead of the window vanishing, I got an error message that said, Failed to download one or more files.

I have a firewall, yes, but that is not the problem, neither is my AV or anti-spyware software. I've tried disabling them all and still cannot enter.

I've uninstalled all my anti-spyware stuff, disabled my AV, shut down my firewall, uninstalled the default firewall that came with my computer which wasn't being used anyway, updated drivers and DirectX, I'm not using a router, Comcast is my ISP and I called and talked to a tech who not only affirmed that Comcast is *not* blocking UDP ports 5000-6000 but that my modem is working fine while being monitored while I try to connect to Uru, I've used minimum graphics and sound, yada yada yada.

I can play Uru Prime without any trouble. The CCR tech who normally helps me said in his last reply that since I can play Prime the problem is definitely connectivity or server related.

Then this morning a *different* tech replied and suggested (this has been the standard response since August and it is *not* an answer as it does *not* help me connect) that I update my video drivers and that should solve my problem.
However, just to make my point, I downloaded the latest graphics drivers then tried to connect and couldn't.
*sigh*

Does anyone here have any better suggestions than updates which don't do doodly squat?
Here are my specs:

Windows XP Home
AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2600+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.1GHz
448MB RAM
DirectX 9.0b
NVIDIA GeForce4 MX Integrated GPU, Display Memory: 64.0 MB
Realtek AC97 Audio
DVD-ROM drive 16x max. speed

And yes I have tried with my firewall, AV, and anti-spyware programs all disabled
Yes, I have updated my drivers and DirectX

Sorry for this rant but I'm just a little disappointed and feeling very desperate.

BTW, have I mentioned that I have tried with my firewall, AV, and anti-spyware programs all disabled and that I have updated my drivers and DirectX?
