Tried to install the 1.2b patch does not work

I recieved SC from gamespy when i signed up for a year. And i was trying to patch it and it runs fine until it states that it can not find my version. I downloaded the correct one from ubi (us). Any help would be great.

It's already patched to 1.2b.
