Are there any Special Classes that you can get by Combainning the right classes in a Multi Class Charcter like in neverwinter nights? If so does anyone have a list?

No. There are no prestige classes or other any special classes in POR2. What you see is very much what you get.

The Right to command is bought with Duty, the Privilege of rank is Service.
