ONLINE PLAY DOESN'T WORK!

Okay, I've read all the topics about online. Enabling ports and such doesn't work. They weren't closed in the first place. Disabling my firewall doesn't even work. I can play every other online game I have fine and yet chessmaster refuses to let me join/watch games, even though I can connect to the server. When will a patch be out that makes the online play work correctly?????!@!

well, this has been debated many times before,and the problem is still there, I'm really pi..ed, I'm just writing about it again just to move the post up.
UBI guys, u know what, maybe I'm not gonna ask u to solve it this time, but just tell me why the hell is it so "difficult" for u to get around this issue, when so many games work perfectly online on all these systems ??? ...
