Can't Patch from 1.0 to 1.3

Hello, new to Ravenshield here. When I try to patch my Ravenshield from 1.0 to 1.3, the installer claims that the patch is the wrong language for my game?

Huh?

English here... or from the USA and I speak english I should say...

I got Rainbow Six free with my 9800 pro, just trying to patch since it hard-locks after ablout 2 minutes of play???

Is it actually Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield that you are trying to patch...

Or is it Rouge Spear?

The only reason I ask is that I wasn't aware new Radeon's were including RvS (Raven Shield) as bunddled software (I'm not saying you are lying, I just wasn't aware of it if UBI is doing this now to promote the game...).

Apparently it came bundled with Rainbow Six 3 Ravienshield. I figured it out though.

The game is a UK version, though I am an American I have it patched now.

Have any of you heard of this game hard-locking ? If so, solutions


Well the patch didn't fix it, neither did reducing the resolution from 1600x1200 to 1280x1024. Frame rates slow to a crawl when thei is to much action (2-3 baddies) showing up on tyhe sceen and firing at me...

Problem with ATI's Catalyst 3.5's ?
Is this a known issue?
